Frequent questions

Prices, hours and conditions stop reaching the front desk.

The same question, all day long

Six out of ten calls are not a new customer or a problem: they are the opening hours, the price or the address.

Today
  • Every question cuts across somebody who was serving a customer.
  • The answer changes depending on who picks up.
  • Outside opening hours nothing is answered, not even the simplest thing.
  • Whoever asks the price hangs up and calls somewhere else.
  • Nobody knows what gets asked most or what needs explaining.
With heydiga
  • It is answered without anyone looking up from the counter.
  • The answer is the same whoever gives it and at whatever hour.
  • It answers the same at eleven at night as it does mid-morning.
  • Whoever asks the price stays, and often books.
  • You can see which question repeats, which is exactly the one missing from your website.

What everybody asks

Six quick answers to get the doubts out of the way.

What kind of repetitive questions can it answer?

heydiga answers the ones that interrupt the team's work today: opening hours, bank holidays, the address and where to park, prices, which services are offered, whether an appointment is needed, what to bring or how long something usually takes. It answers with the information the business has defined, and as soon as the enquiry goes beyond that it says so and passes it to a person. There are plenty of them: 6 out of 10 calls are the same question.

Do I need to prepare a script with every answer?

No: heydiga is told about the business once (opening hours, services, prices and terms) and answers in natural language, so it understands the same question asked ten different ways. There is no need to write a manual, because it is the information the team already gives twenty times a day. What does get marked out are the limits: what is not answered over the phone and who it is passed to.

How do I know which questions come up most?

heydiga records the reason for every call, so the dashboard shows straight away which question keeps coming up and which one would be worth explaining better on the business's website. One usually stands out: in businesses that already use it, the most repeated question accounts for 4 out of 10 calls, and nobody used to know which one it was.

What does the voice agent do if it does not know the answer to a question?

heydiga does not improvise: it never makes up a price, an opening time or an appointment. When a question falls outside what it has been given, it says so and transfers the call to the business's team or takes a message, which arrives straight away. Everything it could not resolve is logged and helps widen what it can handle.

How does heydiga help me make more money and save time in my business?

With heydiga, fewer missed calls mean more appointments, and fewer no-shows mean more slots filled. In the businesses already using it, more than 80% of what comes in is resolved without passing the call to anyone, so the team stops interrupting its work and focuses on the customer in front of it. The dashboard shows the calls answered, the appointments generated and what customers were asking for, so the return can be measured.

How do I manage appointments and bookings on WhatsApp with heydiga?

Customers message the business on WhatsApp and heydiga replies just as it does on the phone: it checks the free slots, confirms the appointment and creates it in the calendar. It uses the same information as the voice agent and does not duplicate appointments between the two channels, so it makes no difference whether the customer calls or writes. The plans section shows how to add the WhatsApp channel to each plan.

Tell it what you answer every day and this very afternoon the counter stops ringing.

The phone causes more trouble

If this one rings a bell, these three will too. Each is solved on its own.

The prospect calls, gets qualified and reaches the team already filtered.
Serves every customer in their own language, with no interpreter in between.
When a real person is needed, the call gets through instead of getting lost.
