An ordinary day at the salon

The phone does not pick its moment. This is how you lose money today, and what happens with digalook.

Today
  • You are applying a colour and the phone rings for the third time.
  • Someone asks what a balayage costs and how long it takes.
  • A client cancels the six o'clock. That slot will not be filled again.
  • Another client does not turn up. Nobody confirmed yesterday.
  • Someone writes on WhatsApp with the salon closed.
With digalook
  • It answers on the first ring and the booking goes into the free slot.
  • It answers right away, with your price and your real service time.
  • It offers it to whoever was waiting, before it goes cold.
  • It was confirmed the day before and the slot was reassigned in time.
  • It answers, books them in and by morning it is in the diary.

3 calls in 10 come in while somebody is in the chair.
2h
Two empty hours in the chair cost more than a whole month of digalook.
The phone stopped being an interruption. Now the next day's calendar comes ready-made.

We are there where you need it most

Nothing about how the salon works has to change. You just stop losing these three things.

Hands that are busy

With a colour, a cut or a blow-dry under way, nobody picks up the phone. Now it gets answered anyway and the client in front of you does not wait.

The no-shows

It confirms the day before and offers the freed slot to whoever was waiting. That is where nearly all the return is.

The closed hours

It answers at night and on Sundays, when people decide to get their hair cut and your salon is shut.

Checks slots, books, moves and cancels without going through a person.
Confirms the day before and recovers what a no-show leaves behind.

It works on your diary

It does not replace the salon's software: it uses it. The appointments it books are where they should be from the first minute.

What a salon asks

The ten questions the sector actually asks. Answered here, so you do not have to call and ask.

Can I keep the salon's WhatsApp open without spending all day answering it?

Yes: heydiga answers the salon's WhatsApp messages at any hour, with the same assistant and the same diary as the phone, so there is no choosing between keeping the channel open and getting some peace. In hairdressing, WhatsApp brings in a large share of appointment requests, and some salons end up switching it off because they cannot keep up: they lose exactly those appointments. The plans section shows how to add the WhatsApp channel to each plan.

How does a client book a salon appointment on WhatsApp?

The client messages the salon's number, the one she already has saved, says which service she wants and when, and heydiga checks the real free slots in the diary, suggests options and books the appointment. The confirmation arrives in the same chat. Changes and cancellations work the same way, without anyone at the salon stepping in, and because the diary is the same one the phone uses, no appointment is ever double-booked.

Does it know how long each service takes?

Yes, heydiga books using the real duration of each of the salon's services, not generic slots: a colour does not take as long as a cut, and before giving the appointment it checks that the service fits the slot. Processing times and overlapping services (seeing one client while another has her colour on) are set up to match how the salon works, so the diary does not fall out of step.

Does it connect to the salon's management software?

Yes, heydiga works on top of the software the salon already uses, such as Booksy, Treatwell or Koibox, to read availability and create appointments; it does not replace it, it uses it. If the salon has none, heydiga gives it a diary. If an integration does not exist yet, the agent still answers and books, within an agreed time band. The plans section shows which plans include integration with the salon's software.

What about the team's holidays and days off?

heydiga books against the salon's real availability: if a slot is blocked in the diary, the agent does not offer it. Each team member's holidays and days off are still managed wherever they are managed today, and the agent respects them.

What if the client wants an appointment with a particular stylist?

When the salon keeps a diary per person, heydiga asks who the appointment is with and looks for a slot with that stylist only. If that stylist has nothing free, it offers the next option or takes a message for the salon to call back. If the client does not mind who sees her, it gives her the first free slot in the salon.

Will my clients mind being answered by an AI?

Most salons start heydiga in backup mode: the team keeps picking up the phone as always and the agent only steps in on the calls nobody picks up and on those out of hours. The client it answers is precisely the one who gets no reply today. Once the salon has seen how it behaves, it decides whether to switch it to front-line mode.

Does it reduce no-shows?

Yes, heydiga sends a confirmation when the booking is made and a reminder before the appointment, with the option to confirm or change it from the message itself. A client who cannot come lets the salon know instead of not turning up, and the slot is freed in time to give it to someone else. In beauty, no-shows drop by 25% when the appointment gets a reminder and a confirmation. The plans section shows which plans include reminders.

What if a client wants to change the time of her appointment?

heydiga changes the appointment without anyone at the salon stepping in: it offers another real slot in the same conversation, by phone or on WhatsApp, and moves the appointment in the diary. The old slot is freed and, if the salon has a waiting list, it is offered to whoever was waiting for a place before it goes cold. The plans section shows which plans include the waiting list.

Does it answer when people ask what a service costs?

Yes, heydiga answers with the price and the real service time the salon has set: if a client asks what a balayage costs and how long it takes, it answers there and then. It does not improvise anything that needs assessing in person: instead of quoting a price blind, it books a visit to the salon.
