Bookings and appointments

Checks slots, books, moves and cancels without going through a person.

What it costs to give an appointment

Every appointment is five minutes of somebody, three questions and a notebook. Multiplied by however many come in a day.

Today
  • Whatever is being done stops so the calendar can be opened.
  • A slot gets offered that somebody just took through another channel.
  • The length of the service is guessed, and guessed short.
  • The appointment goes on a piece of paper and sometimes never reaches the software.
  • The customer hangs up not knowing whether they really have a slot.
With heydiga
  • Nobody stops: the appointment closes itself while the team works.
  • The slot offered is the one free at that instant, not the one free this morning.
  • Each service takes what it really takes, with its professional and its room.
  • The appointment goes straight into the software you already use.
  • The customer hangs up with the confirmation on their phone.

What everybody asks

Six quick answers to get the doubts out of the way.

Can it book, change and cancel an appointment with nobody stepping in?

Yes, heydiga does all three by voice, on the same call. It checks the business's real slots, books the appointment, moves it if the customer calls to change it and cancels it if needed, all on the same calendar, and the freed slot becomes available straight away. The customer does not have to install anything or wait for a call back, and 7 out of 10 bookings are closed without anyone on the team stepping in.

Can it offer a time another customer has just booked?

No, heydiga only offers free slots: it checks availability at the exact moment of the call, not a copy from that morning, so it never offers a time another customer has just taken through another channel. If the time requested is not free, it offers alternatives instead of forcing a double booking, and the appointment is in the calendar before the call ends.

Does it take into account how long each service takes and who does it?

Yes, heydiga books with the real length of each service and with the professional, room or resource it needs, because the business tells it once at the start. That way a chair, a table, a lift or a treatment room is taken up for as long as is really needed, and the house rules are respected: minimum notice, allowed overlaps, bank holidays or capacity.

Can heydiga take appointments and bookings 24/7?

Yes. heydiga takes appointments and bookings at night, at weekends and on bank holidays, which is when a good share of calls are lost, and writes them into the business's calendar before hanging up. It also answers several calls at once, so at peak times no customer is left waiting or hangs up.

Does it integrate with my management software or my calendar?

Yes. heydiga integrates with the management software, CRMs and calendars the business already uses, such as Booksy, Treatwell, CoverManager, Doctoralia, Salesforce or Google Calendar, to check availability and create appointments. If a specific integration does not exist yet, it is assessed as a development project and, in the meantime, the agent works just the same: it answers calls, gives information and books into a time window agreed with the business.

Do I have to change my number or software to answer calls with AI?

Nothing needs to change to use heydiga. The business keeps its phone number and its management software: heydiga connects to the calendar or CRM it already uses to check and create appointments, tickets or orders, and if it uses none, heydiga provides one. Each business decides which calls to divert: all of them, after-hours calls or only the ones it cannot get to.
