Analyse

Turns every conversation into data: what gets asked, what is lost, what improves.

Nothing is known about the phone

Everything about the counter and the website is measured. About the channel half the business comes through, not one figure.

Nobody knows how many calls came in yesterday, how many went unanswered or what was being asked in them. What there is are impressions: that Mondays are chaos, that a lot of people ask about parking. Without numbers you cannot decide whether another person is needed mid-morning, nor find out which question repeats so often that it should be answered on the website.

Hi, is there parking near the salon?
S
Yes, the car park on the square, two minutes on foot.
Perfect. And is it free?
S
The first hour is; after that, €1.20 an hour.

It turns conversations into data

It is not a recorder: every call leaves a record of what it was about and how it ended, and that can already be added up.

  • It records how many calls come in, when and through which channel.
  • It classifies each conversation by reason, using your categories.
  • It keeps the transcript, for when you have to see exactly what was said.
  • It marks what was resolved and what ended up with a person.
  • It shows the real peak hours, not the assumed ones.
  • It pulls out the questions that repeat most, in order.

Almost nothing, and that is the point

Analyse asks for no integrations: it measures what is already happening. The only decision is how you want to look at it.

The calls
That they go through heydiga: what it answers is what it can measure.
The categories
How you group reasons, if you already have a way of counting them.
Who looks
Who reviews the numbers and how often: weekly is usually enough.
The destination
Whether the data stays in the dashboard or goes where you already look at everything else.

What gets seen for the first time

Analyse does not close a call or resolve one: what it gives you is the information behind next month's decisions.

  • The real volume: how many calls, at what times, on what days.
  • The reason for each one, and which weighs more than it seemed.
  • What was resolved on the phone and what needed a person.
  • The questions that repeat, which are the ones missing from your website.
  • The history, which is what turns a bad day into either a trend or an ordinary Monday.

Wherever a number is needed

Analyse is the skill that resolves nothing and holds up everything else: without it there is no way to know whether the rest is working.

It counts how much comes in out of hours, the figure nobody had.
It shows the hours when the phone genuinely saturates.
It is the main skill: the whole case rests on it.

Where the limits are

We say it here so nobody discovers it in a demo. Analyse measures; deciding what to do about it is still yours.

  • It does not measure what does not go through heydiga. A call to an employee's mobile does not count.
  • It is not a business dashboard. It talks about the phone, not about your sales.
  • It decides nothing. It shows the pattern; the extra shift is yours to add.
  • It does not invent the earlier history. The data starts the day it starts.
  • It does not assess your team. It measures conversations, not people.

What everybody asks

The eight questions of anyone who has never had a single figure about their own phone.

What can I find out about what happens on my phone line?

heydiga turns every conversation into data: how many calls really come in, at what times and on which channel, what each one was about and how long it lasted, what was resolved and what needed a person, and which questions come up most. That is how many businesses discover they get far more calls than they thought. The plans section shows the level of analysis each plan includes.

Does anything need setting up to start measuring?

No, heydiga measures from the first call it answers, with nothing to configure or integrate beforehand. Defining the business's own categories to group call reasons is optional and can be done later. Only what goes through heydiga counts: a call to an employee's mobile is not in the data, and the history starts the day heydiga starts.

Are call recordings kept?

heydiga keeps whatever the business decides from each call, for as long as it decides. If the business prefers not to keep audio, it can work with transcripts alone, which are enough to see exactly what was said on a particular call and to tally up reasons and questions.

Can it be used to measure my team's performance?

No, heydiga's analysis is not designed to assess people: it measures conversations, what people ask for and how the channel is handled. It informs decisions such as adding cover at the real peak hours or answering the most repeated question on the website, but the extra shift is the business's call.

Can I take the data into my own system?

Yes, the figures and reasons heydiga records can be exported or sent to wherever the business already looks at the rest of its activity, instead of staying only on the dashboard. The plans section shows which plans include data export and monthly activity reports.

Can I see what was said on each call?

Yes. Every call heydiga answers is saved on the dashboard with its transcript, the reason for the call and what was resolved, and the team starts the day with a summary of what came in. The plans section shows the level of analysis each plan includes.

How does heydiga help me make more money and save time in my business?

With heydiga, fewer missed calls mean more appointments, and fewer no-shows mean more slots filled. In the businesses already using it, more than 80% of what comes in is resolved without passing the call to anyone, so the team stops interrupting its work and focuses on the customer in front of it. The dashboard shows the calls answered, the appointments generated and what customers were asking for, so the return can be measured.

What security certifications does heydiga have?

heydiga is certified under Spain's National Security Framework (ENS) at medium category (Royal Decree 311/2022) and under ISO 27001. It runs on servers in the European Union, complies with the GDPR and encrypts data in transit and at rest. It is the standard demanded by customers who handle sensitive data, such as healthcare centres or public bodies.
